Just FYI, this would have been major (front page) worthy if you:

1) Added selected snippets from the interview using "[ q ] [ / q ] " (if fairly short) or "[ hide = x ] [ / hide ] " (if over 8-10 lines)

2) Used the URL tags for the link instead of dropping it in its raw form.

3) Added some sort of "FPSPulse" inline img ( dimensions 180 * 120 ) to the post.

This coming EQL season (20) would be a good time for anyone wanting to try the awesome QW 4on4. It looks like there could be a few rookie teams, last season div99 were playing and have grown quite big in terms of members and it seems like some members have decided to set up smaller teams from this roster.

So there should be 3-4 rookie teams playing (hopefully) at the moment which would mean if there's people wanting to try it out and set up teams or join one of the rookie teams then they could have some good more evenly matched games instead of getting rekt by the likes of SD and fOm.

Edit: new news post on quakeworld.nu states EQL 20 is postponed until September 2015. However this gives new players plenty of time to get to try/know the game and form teams.

If you join #quakeworld on quakenet (or the majority of the qw irc chans) there is a bot which reports servers looking for players. From in the game players can type '.qw message' and the message will get displayed throughout the irc chans with the server ip, so just join a chan and look out for a message with people looking for a mix or join a server and type '.qw mix' or something and people will join.

Or you can look on qtv.quakeworld.nu for servers with 8 or nearly 8 players join that and wait for a game.

It's a lot easier than how I'm explaining it!
