This secret is new right? Because I flew all over the place when this map was released, and the dissapointment that hit me when it was that damn lovecraft texture was beyond this world.

Yeah it's new, I wondered why they'd recompiled the map as the fog bug had been introduced. (that's fixed now internally apparently, they're waiting for a new patch to release it).

At least I'm guessing that's when it was done.

I managed to complete it today. If anyone is interested the items respawn as follows.
RA 2:30 Mega 3:30 (Mins:Secs)
If die you have to re-trigger the button for the gold key again to access the items. Only tried this in FFA warmup. Not tried other modes.
