It's either me or Sujoy messed up with JPEG compression/resizing.

Did you use the java resizer or resize with the php link after uploading?

I know the java one has awful compression. The php one is very good. Best bet is to resize manually with photoshop before uploading though.

Yea the java script I got has the worst compression ever. Get a batch resizer on your laptop or upload full size to here.

Upload the cl0ck photo again too, that one would look better without the compression.

Really neat, right click any image and resize it from the menu. It can even handle multiple pics..

That looks handy, what's the quality like?

Quality is good, definitely usable. I resize from 2500 x 2000 to 1024x768 without any significant loss in quality.
