I counted 10 apparent totally wrong moves at the 1 minute mark and I was barely watching for them.
I'd die if I had to watch the whole demo... Just keep playing and start thinking about every move you make, and learn to pick the right weapon for each situation.

Admittedly I played real bad in the 1st 3 mins of the demo. No idea why i went for RA first, I start improving after that :)

you talk so much shit its unbeleivable. you could criticise every single q3 demo from start to finish, just because you're an asshole =D much love!

timing + aim

don't want to watch but some general tips if your aim and timing is bad,

focus on one, then the other. Play 'fun' games, even if it means putting some music on and going crazy +forward and trying to aim whore, you'll be suprised how much of a difference it makes after a while. also aim based games ca/ra3 that type of stuff, always good for aim.

same goes for timing items and keeping control of as many as possible, if it that's bad start simple. Time mega or the ra for the whole game until it becomes natural and you find yourself being within a short proximity of them seconds before they spawn, then slowly add more to it.

don't try and do too much at once, I can run all the armours on ztn no problem yet it's totally useless as I can't keep any type of lock, or any considerable amount of damage.

and if you're looking for map specific stuff, well could go on forever :\
