erm why do you play quake 3 with bots ...?

cause my internet access is limited to http traffic in my college i.e. IIT Kharagpur. So I can play online only when I go home otherwise play with friends in college lan or with bots. But anyway was not this demo entertaining :( !!!!!! and what are my chances of reaching national finals if I participate in quake 4 for eswc ? My studies are over now ..would move to USA this fall ...almost have nothing to do this summer hence was playing bots a bit...do try aph 100 yourself ..it really has a killer LG.

i managed to get a 9-0 lead on dm6 vs. 100.rat, getting every ra and mh... i lost 12-23 or smth ... i hate bots.

personally I felt playing 100.rat in vq3 is easier than 100.aph because it seemed rat AI has more weight given to RL. I can dodge rockets in easier manner than this bot's killer lg ..I mean since the introduction of cpma-vq3 lg has become like super powered ..and this bot hits around 50% always making life hell :( u got to take like every item to ensure u r alive.

if ur scared of amazing LG, dnt play the hunter bot, its the LG bot by default in id software, and he really rapes with LG: 75pc accuracy rape....

she does not jump like crazy like these cpma bots neither she has spiterbot borrowed AI to try to clinch every god damn armor / mega that makes hunter an easy kill.

stick it on 100.hunter, and i swear, he will lg u at 80pc, time armours and megas and also jump around...

I beat those bots 120-0 on ztn all the time.
I hit 70 lg against them sometimes; 50 is pretty weak.

I beat 100.rat on dm6 all the time 25+ to single digits. I think my record is something like 41-6 in a 10min match.

just try 100.aph instead of 100.rat ..initially I also thought I will kick its ass cause I used to beat 100.rat in atleast 20 frag margin in dm6.

I have. I actually find the rat bot a bit more of a challenge in certain matchups because of it's shrewd rocket use. That and it's a real bitch with that shotgun sometimes. But I guess I'll give him another go when I get a chance.
