Have you evaluated all the evidence? While some of the conclusions may be incorrect, there seems to be plenty of truth involved as far as what happened. This isn't just one person, it's an entire community working toward revealing things that are going on. Often times, while they might jump to iffy conclusions, the foundation for their claims is true. Most people don't get to the point where they realize this because the idea itself is tainted by the image that these people portray.

They were really pushing the swine flu card when it first came out, but most of America understood that it wasn't a big deal. There was a few states considering putting marshal law into place for our protection, despite it being the most harmless flu in a LONG time. I think the fact that the word got out enough was what stopped them from making a move.

It just about completely fell out of the media for a few weeks, but I did notice a few articles popping up here and there over the past few days with headlines like: "millions of Americans infected!"

There is talk of forced vaccinations going on, too.

But in the end I find it very ironic that you don't seem to believe any warning issued by the government but also by doctors and scientists who know what they are talking about:

There are just as many scientists saying that the disease was cultured in a lab (you obviously didn't even read the case), so why should I expect any sort of mutation to be more than a mere intervention by whoever made it to begin with?

There is information for both sides, so picking either one is retarded. It's like global warming - sure, there's been plenty of studies saying that we're at fault, and just as many saying we aren't. Making a move either way until all the facts have come in is idiotic.

Right now, there is conflicting information with this case of swine flu, but solid proof of the consequences of what happened the last time. Clearly, the only logical move would be NOT to act, but that option is being taken away with the introduction of forced vaccinations.

All those posts I've seen base their assumption this on two things:
a) that countries bought a lot of vaccines, and I already explained how it would be idiotic NOT to do buy it to be prepared in case it does mutate
b) that many countries have such a law in place, except that it usually involves a "clinically severe" disease.

I have, however, seen the media label H1N1 as pandemic before it had even infected 100 people. I've also seen martial law be considered in multiple states, in order to handle the issue. Yeah, that's right, they wanted to break the constitution because of this "special case." Schools and public events (including protests) were required to shut down.

It was all over the american news "PANDEMIC VIRUS OUTBREAK IN MEXICO" with only a dozen cases. It hadn't even reached mexico or canada before they were talking about widespread casualties. There were a total of 3 deaths at that time.

This wasn't one station, this was all of them, and in the newspapers.

The current vaccine is still unproven, and having it be forced as the only way you are allowed to treat H1N1 is a huge deal for our country. because being experimental as a word, does not mean that much. And I think that atm it's impossible to say for any outsider what the dangers of the experimental state are.

Of course it can't have finished a full set of tests, therefore any vaccine as new as this will always be experimental. It could work 100% and have no dangers nor side-effects for anyone (which afaik is very rare for vaccines), and it would still be labeled as experimental.

Usually vaccines cover more than one strain, some even last for a lifetime.

The reason why a vaccine is more necessary in this case, is that it's a new type (as opposed to strain).

I think you and others completely ignore a much more realistic explanantion. If you declare that the swine flu is an epidemic (which by definition it is). And if you say it might become more dangerous, which technically it could, however unlikely. You simply get people to buy your vaccine because they want to feel safer.
And the more you cover it in the media, the more people will consider it.
There is lots of profit in it and it's not entirely immoral, but not exactly good either.

It's not what phase 5 is characterized by, it's what the government is allowed to do at that phase. We were almost pushed into martial law before even going to phase 6. Hell, it should be illegal even at phase 6, but these laws keep getting put in without the people paying attention.
