and they can "want" multiple things at the same time.
You claimed that the rules were fixed, which is wrong. There was no rule for the specific occurance, namely: A game is reset (by an existing rule), the reset puts one player in a much worse situation, both players want to reset the match.
There was no rule for that situation, therefore an admin has every right and even the obligation to make a call, one way or the other. You just "wanted" to apply a rule, becuse it fit your opinion.
E.g. you said it was not fair towards Cypher. Why? It's the format of these tournaments that he has to play whoever wins in the semis, not whoever "should" have won.
You just decided by yourself that is is a joke, without even trying to give a reason.

you argue this whole thing way too emotionallyProbably, but try to look pass that as you have in the past. The thing that annoyed me the most was not this ruling - the best of referees make mistakes, but Rondrians ridicolous response in the other thread. He doesn't understand why in all real competition there are rules that make these situations impossible to happen and he doesn't even understand his own rules. That's what makes him a poor administrator - not that he made one mistake.

It was an irregular Bo5 where the admin decided against rules that the first semi-final game shouldn't count because one player felt he lost due to bad initial spawn.
