for this season its going to be a real possibility to have quake live 1vs1 tournaments from what i read the ceo is really interested in using quakelive. if i were you guys i would head over to their pc forum and show support for quakelive. mlg gets a bad rap with pc users because it uses a console but they have an extremely smart business sense and could work great for expanding quakelive community. a lot of the forum admins are quake live buffs as well and they have just recently featured some quake games on their site the first time Ive seen it since being a member since 2003.

To the right of this text. Do you see it? I'm sure you do.
dear god
Quake Live lacks spectator friendliness? Why is it that the QL finals for ESL brought in as many viewers as last years ESL CS finals? And Quakecon saw 2000-3000 people watching the CTF and 1v1 finals?
