I had many good times dueling dm7 in my early days when i was a n00b on 56k.. The server disapeared and there was no where to play it..

I doubt anyone would bother playing it now, but it would be nice to have a few games for old times sake :)

Did you play years ago on demon UK's server? I remember it going down for a year or two.

I always play demon uk (from 2000 to 2009 mainly) ... btw, this is not the demon uk from before.

dm7 1v1 was the key map. It was a cool map, for beginners.
We use to do not take quad of course, but MH was denied too.

Ra was allowed.

But too much camping, really hurt, ztn is more interesting.

Ah i used to play around 2000-2002, Think it was the orginal Demon UK at the time because i would of never pinged 150 on 56k to Germany.

Our rules were no quad, MH was allowed though. I played it a few years ago and they change them to no MH. Which i think is total bullshit. Totally changed the strategy.

Demon UK servers (demo) disappeared because a lamer, was always crashing the servers.

The guy (no life) was doing that all the times. So after a while Demon UK admins gave up, quake 3 demo servers.

Alot of people played it back in the days of q3demo, some of us kept playing it for alot longer.. It actually has alot of depth (which i would compare to ztntourney1.. but because its not a duel map, no1 really knows other than the few who do play it)

People like Rapha etc wouldn't stand a chance against a good player of dm7. Infact i beat a well known pro on it once.. But that really doesn't mean much as they would kill me on any other map.

Atleast i don't duel dm17, those guys are the real fags..

I meant private servers (ei, the ability to spawn a dm7 duel server). Not some random thing that only i wanted. Alot of people want private servers.

Not really, i quit smoking recently and that was a £6.50 a day habit. So yes 5er to support ql aint much.

£5 p/m is a pretty decent price for a game i think, if your still getting playability after a year (£60) then it's probably worth it.

I do understand the games currently free, but like I said above, if you want the pro account and your using it regularly for a long time, then it's probably worth it too.

If your going to be using it a couple of times a month or less, then just stay with free.. It's simple.

£5 a month isn't a bad deal if they guarantee reachable devs and constant support, But as it is what's the point?

oh yeah, definitely wouldn't pay ANYTHING for QL the way it is. But for all that other stuff, yaeh I wouldn't pay more than $5 p/m.
