Like some others above said, do some excercises, or just go out for a walk once a while, read a book, listen to music, attend to musical or LAN events, or well whatever you like, eat - dont have to be a vegetarian, but include veggies. Also as mentioned above stop feeling sorry for yourself, but straighten the belt
