I was saying about proper CA, that means 3v3 max, sometimes 4v4 on big maps. Ofc when you get 4x LG locked on your ass with zero backup is not fun at all.

CA is much more frustrating. Especially when the other players on your team play as if it were a Duel.

IMO CA should be played 2on2 maybe 3on3 but no more.. 5 is overkill.

It might be different in different parts of the world, but over here anything above 4v4 or 5v5 is a campfest. Heck, even in the smaller CA games (2's or 3's) I get teammates or see enemies that want to camp out and try to hero it. I don't see too much chaos going on with a LCA match, what I do typically see is two teams or the large majority on each camping out on different sides of the map. To me that's boring.

I get this only if I join skill matched servers where everyone plays teamplay tactical bullshit. But of course only idiots play skill matched.
You should try to join servers with two arrows down and just go full +forward berserk mode on the opposite team, it's a lot of fun pwning the noobs in 1vs5 or 1vs6 battles.

Not sure what it's like in America/Europe, but generally in big CA matches I see whichever team uses LG more winning. Nothing can really stop 5 or more players rushing with LG, except obviously 5 enemies which LG but that rarely happens.

The counter is rocket and moving around like crazy. if 3 people are really close together, 1 guy with rocket who is fairly skilled can do tons of damage. However, he probably won't kill them, and he will die himself, that's why he needs good teamies to back him up

Very true, but for some reason I rarely see good rocket players opposing a group of average to good LG players and meeting with success. There are no real teirs in Australia so the pubs have a whole range of skill levels on them and often the teams can get pretty stacked. It could well be that the servers are much more balanced in the USA and Europe with the bigger population. This is all assuming we are talking about pub CA.

I'm playing in South Africa, the lg skill here is abysmal, but I was playing in EU often before I went back, and although there were people that had good lg, they sucked so bad at everything else, that just moving fast or bouncing them they lost their aim.

I play CA one way.

if you want to fight several oppenents and/or improve your aim (or simply just play for fun) you should play ffa instead of ca imo. at least some aspects of duel are still there like timing items, picking up weapons, having only the mg (and pommel) when you respawn, etc.
