Finally a control method that works well!
Last night i downloaded a multiplayer demo of Killzone 3 which supports the Playstation Move controller. You hold a normal Playstation 3 controller in one hand using the left analog stick to move forwards and strafe, with L2 being the scope view, L1 for grenades and the D-pad for changing weapons. Then the move controller in the other hand with X as reload, T for fire and i cant remember what the others do. You can also use the Navigation controller accessory instead of the ps3 pad and its something I will buy.
I'm still getting used to it but so far find it a very nice alternative to mouse+keyboard combo and obviously far more accurate than just using a controller. As you move the gun to the edge of the screen you start to rotate, it kind of moves like how Goldeneye worked on the n64 with the gun moving freely on your screen.
Theres a big article about it with 5 videos up on Kotaku.com to give you an idea of how it works here.
Its still not as good as mouse and keyboard but far better than just using a controller. Hopefully alot more FPS games on the ps3 will have this option. Anyone else tried it?
