although last i tried(around a year ago) it was buggy and stuff.

what about pidgin and empathy? i rarely use im but thought atleast pidgin would do overlays in some form.

Can't remember if the in game overlay works for QL on it.

I used it a while ago but I think I stopped using ti because of that.

For its entire history it's been going up against Steam and it's got 6 million users.

i looked at it and it's interesting, but what i'm looking for in a gaming website is a place that tracks all my achievements an trophies and let's me organize and display my games collection.
which raptr kinda is, but there's no way to enter the games you own manually. the client is kinda interesting tho. you can see your friendlists and chat with your xbla, psn and steam buddies from one client.

the site that does the stuff i want best is playfire.com. there i can easily keep track of everything.

Would rather have QL linked to steam. Like just using the Steam browser to go to the Quake Live site and launch QL. Then chat would be nicer and QL wouldn't have to compete with my 100+ Firefox tabs.

Hm, can't put custom websites in the steam address bar... but got it working anyway. Steam browser is kinda slow. Hope they get on that asap...
