Being a lg whore i found it a problem finding a good sensitivity for lg. High sens i could pull off some insane hitscan in weird situations but when it came to situations where the opponent could dodge I was always outshafted unless i had low sens. So i came up with a solution for people like me. Use 2 sens! Here are the cvars below -

alias +myZoom "sensitivity 2.5;cl_mouseaccel 0"
alias -myZoom "sensitivity 4.3;cl_mouseaccel .1"
bind shift "+myZoom"

This is what i currently use. it takes a while to get used too and its not perfect but i found it the better than using 1 sensitivity for lg.
