You will, but you can get used it it. I can only talk from experience but I have used lower sensitivities than that with the WMO, and it didn't effect my aim.

why would you have to "get used to it"? just get a better sensor

I depends a lot on ur playstyle....i move my mouse very quickly with every move so I notice negative accel for small turns..i bet players who play a lot smoother wont notice it as much..

try with Enotus mouse test and see how fast you move your mouse, if you don't exeed 1.55 m/s regularly, you really should think about the mouse if you like the shape
