I'm reading it since 2005-06 dunno. I had quite alot of laughs while doing so. Not anymore, its boring, dull, weak, just like ql with its ton of problems (sry id fanboys and others). So maybe the two cases have something incommon? QL and ESR? Or ESR has a very good reason, turning out as it is?

The human mind is a complex thing. People who just lost their job, broke up with their gf or are having to find a cheaper apartment will have a more trollish, negative and bastard-like tone when posting on ESR also.
Coupled with this, as human population increases and more people spend more time on the internet, consequentially there are more ESR users that want to prove to the world that they are right and everyone else is wrong. It's a sad state of affairs.
That famous "Arguing on the internet is like the special olympics" pic will stand true for millenia to come. Hello Jamerio.
