As far as render settings go you need to ask sharpe if you're wondering about the youtube render. For the 60fps moviefile I've just used divx default preset with 11k bitrate.

I am very interested in the HUD aswell. I can't seem to find it in the link you posted. Can you be more specific or maybe just upload the .cfg and .menu file somewhere?

Are you refering to the youtube video or the downloadable file? i recorded with 200fps which I believe should be enough.

I'm not gonna lie, I don't know what re-sampling means.

Frames re-sampling is basically interpolation (I'm assuming you know what interpolation means from mouse input talk) of the frames (in sequence) to form a new image that are a combination of the 'samples' (of the frames before and after the current one).

Your downloaded version of the video is rendered for 59,9 FPS. You didn't mentioned what software you used to edit and render this video. So I'm going to assume you used Sony Vegas like most of the people (no offence intended).
So with a capture of 200FPS, re-sampled down to 59,9FPS with frames re-sampling enabled in Sony Vegas (which is enabled by default for all video tracks), gives you roughly 3,34 samples per frame (capture frame-rate / output frame-rate = samples). Which is not very noticeable at 59,9FPS (or 60FPS) playback.
Tho you can actually see them if you pause the screen with the download version of your video: http://s15.postimage.org/4q5qln523/vlcsnap_243731.png - You can see 3 distinct rails on that shot with a fourth that is translucent (the 0,34 part).
However, when you upload your 59,9FPS video to YouTube. It is down-sampled (without frames re-sampling) to 29,97 FPS AFAIK by YouTube (last time I checked that is). At this lower frame-rate video, frames re-sampling in the source material (the 59,9 FPS copy of yours) is much more apparent compared to a higher frame-rate playback at 60FPS.

So, in short: frames re-sampling is a (cheap) method to in an attempt to reproduce shutter-speed on a real film-camera for video games footages to give it a sense of "motion-blur". Frames re-sampling however produces lower quality motion-blur compared to the methods available for Q3A with Q3mme.

For videos at 60/59,9 FPS - You don't really need motion-blur (read: frames re-sampling) to give it a sense of smoothness, albeit you could do it for the aesthetic (Q3mme is awesome). Which would make the flick shots and the fast paced movement looks 'smoother', due to the motion blur.

For videos at 30/29,97 FPS - Motion-blur would help to improve the 'smoothness' of motion with (game footages) video at this frame-rate (or for when they get down-sampled to a lower frame-rate e.g. for streaming websites).
At this frame-rate, 20 to 35 samples is a must to get a decent level of motion-blur. Too few samples will make the video looks too blurry, too high and you will barely notice it at all. The trick is to find a samples amount that doesn't cause too much blur and yet deliver a fairly smooth looking motion-picture (film); as well one that is doable since capturing at (insanely) high FPS takes ages... I experienced this first hand...
Here is for example how a 'frame' (from the encoded version of the video which was also rendered for 60 FPS) looks like using a (extremely) higher frame-rate capture (1250 FPS): http://s18.postimage.org/jex6a73ax/vlcsnap_260104.png (UrbanTerror, Q3 mod). In this scene from which the screen cap was taken from the player was moving somewhere around 500-600 UPS.
Capturing method for 'my game' (UrbanTerror) is same as for QuakeLive (both based on the code originated from ioQuake3 project). So I have been (and still am) experimenting in an attempt to approach the level of motion-blur quality of Q3mme. You can see the YT version of the video where this screen cap was taken from in my profile (as well download link for the 60 FPS version).

Capturing with very high framerates is very timeconsuming indeed which is why I'm not bothering with it :) It simply isn't worth the effort. The only reason there even is this problem is that youtube doesn't allow more than 30fps videos. I'm asuming that soon enough they will lift that restriction, seeing that they have made lots of improvements to the video quality over the last 1-2 years. 60fps+ videos are the way to go.

Anyway, would you advice me to disable frames re-sampling in Vegas? I've set blur to gaussian right now, which apparently takes avid use of it. The question is if any other blur type can archieve a better result given the (relatively) low frame rate of 200.

Yes, if you simply aren't aiming to include motion-blur. Simply disabled frames re-sampling per track (or actually, per footage - so do it when you first put them on the time line before you cut them into little pieces ;-) ).
Tho easiest method IMO was to render in Sony Vegas for "Preview" rather than on "Good" or "Quality". Preview settings will still take all your track filters etc., but skip the frames re-sampling (or master bus filters) which is rendered when you are using "Good" and "Quality" settings.

Even without frames re-sampling, there are some advantages in using high frame-rates capturing:
When you stretch a scene for slow motion, there is more actual data. Resulting into less interpolation needed for slow-motion scenes, improving the smoothness of the slow-motion animations (depend on how slow you make it, if it's really slow, you might have to up the frame-rates of that scene capture to reduce the interpolation and to keep the image quality sharp during the slow-motion).

But if you are looking to include motion-blur. You could consider RE:Vision Effects ReelSmart Motion Blur plug-in for After Effects (and some other NLE's except for SV). It produce pretty good 'natural looking' motion-blur effect which you can use for your gaming videos. Here is an example of a work in progress video (PS: not Quake) using that plug-in - It has some 90/180 degree 'flicks' (not shots) and some fast movements to give you an impression of how it looks like with a subtle degree of motion-blur. This was actually captured at 60 FPS, rendered for 29,97 FPS.
The only draw-back: You cannot use HUD elements or in-game text. They'll end up receiving some motion-blur smear from surrounding pixels and the vector of which the motion was going. Resulting into the HUD and text to look like as if it was 'shaking'.
