let me give u some advice:

-decide before you start what kind of movie u want to have
(fastpaced, action, slow, or aesthetic)

-every second of the movie is important so cut the individual clips wisely. want a fastpaced movie? cut them really short! dont let clips run longer than they should be! also watch out for sound rests when u do the cutting

-do a lot of beta tests (also just render specific partsof the movie). share it to beta viewers(at least 2 people)! A third party opinion is mandatory!

-DONT FORCE synchros! take a look at the peaks of the song and use what u can use but dont try to sync it just to have it synced! people will notice that the flow doesnt feel right.
