In my opinion, there are only a few settings that matter. My advice is to not over complicate things. At the end of the day the game is played by having your crosshair on the enemy model.
given that everyone's brain is wired differently, and given that everyone who knows how to has customized a wide array of variables and parameters to suit the way their brain is wired... you effectively are at a disadvantage if you do not customize it in an equal fashion.
You can check out mine, its (somewhat) well organized and almost all settings are commented. I just didn't update it with the CVARS introduced in the last updates yet. Apart from that, all the settings you should need are there.
