i sit with legs crossed, mouse and armed positioned for high sens while sitting on 1.4, 800 dpi and 0 accel, and just slightly leaned forward =) my chair got armrests however, so i guess it works either way i sit. with all that said, i can still put out a 40 shaft on strong opponents =)

I liked the part where you talked about the brain and blah blah blah because most of it is true but i closed the video as soon as you said your feet should always be touching the ground no matter what. I sit in lotus position and sometimes squatting position and so far nobody has ever been able to outaim me, ID even banned me for it

Regarding the hand positon from the edge, I've noticed that the further you move it onto the table the better is your control with high sensitivity. Look at Stermy and Rapha from the high sensitivity users. The arm stabilizes the wrist movements. If you have the arm tangling over the ledge (wrist near the edge of the table) you actually have less control, but it allows for faster movements as you don't have to rub your arm against the table, only the wrist. I believe strenx uses this style to manage his really low
senisitivity.

Regarding the feet position - sitting legs crossed like a woman gets you bad blood circulation.

Thanks for the video. I recently started using accel (0,1) for the first time. I've been playing quake on and off for about 10 years. Man...it takes some getting used to... Hopefully it will pay off sooner or later. Right now my rockets are crap ;)
