So the site was super slow and unresponsive, and I discovered we had 180+ connections just from one IP, and so I blocked that IP.
Then I checked the users by ip and it turnes out it was the last ip Jamerio user had logged.
So now I'm not sure if it was a normal usage pattern and we need to tune things to accomodate him, or what.

In a nutshell: a mysterious ESR user purposefully boosted the hit counter in one of Jamerio's threads in an attempt to make him look desperate, which also caused the site to experience some unpleasant 502 Bad Gateway issues.
