in the newest config its a custom crosshair. Which is a little odd to me because they aleady have a crosshair that looks like it in the game. Also that is not the crosshair I saw in his config. it was the + sign with a square space in the middle.
It has been proved several times that if you exec cyphers config your performance will slowly approach his. Let's say you're 1400 elo (hitsu level) and exec his one-and-true config you'll be cypher level within 2 months. BUT: if you have his fake config it's all gone to waste and your comments will approach hitsu levels.

nono, it's just the crosshair that is perfect, not his config! In fact, I didn't even know he used that crosshair until now. My config has been on ESR, maybe he got it from me! You're welcome, Cypher.
I guess the concept is that you use kinda weak settings online and then when you get on lan you switch to your good settings and everything feels better.. theoretically.
I'm sure a lot of people have experienced that "new crosshair syndrome" where they test out a new crosshair and for a while they aim really well until they get used to it.
Could take advantage of this kind of conditioning in a significant way if you were careful.
Honestly though, when it comes to cypher I don't think his settings matter that much to him anymore. He's played at an extremely high level with tons of different settings, mice, seating positions, pings, and probably more stuff as well.
As long as his settings are within some range of visibility and mouse control he's able to perform at the top level. He probably just changes settings for fun.

whaaat? no way.

it's all in your head, seriously :p you're just confusing yourself and others...
For example, sometimes boxers will train their punches under water.
Another example is olympic swimmers will sometimes spend time in a chamber that simulates the thin air found at high altitudes. When their body gets accustomed to it they can function even better when the air is normal.
i've been boxing before and everyone knows that training punches with resistance can never be more than a very restricted and small part of your training unless you want to lose everything you learned about punching.
your second example has no connection with your last post. so w/e... most people doing those chambers need an excuse for their hematocrit, again no magic here :/
its all about moon and shit!
at half moon u have to use even numbers for cg_drawcrosshair
when full moon its important to use 13 for drawcrosshair.
when u dont see a moon, use 0!
