Sorry I messed up and didn't put it in hardware by accident. Can a admin put it in the right one?

Ive used the VG2248QE i personally noticed the extra 4 ms input i dont know if its something my brains made up since i knew it added some input lag or its really there, tbh u cant feel nor see the diffrence, but then again brains can do crazy things. ive switched to the benq xl2411t much btw imo.

Are you using light boost with you benq xl2411t?

i did, i used the lightboost by toastyx since im running AMD as gpu. so on the ufo test it looked smooth and without ghosting but ingame i saw it was still blurry so the lghtboost doesnt apply ingame imo so i switched back to 144 hz without lightboost instead of 120hz with lightboost.

I have xl2411t and i can feel this extra lag. When i turned on LB for the first time i almost immediately noticed something is wrong especially with lg tracking.
IMO LB is not good for ql, it might be ok for other games where you need extra clear picture with fast movement.

I used LB on my Asus VG248QE for a couple of months, thinking that the miniscule amount of input lag would be outweighed by everything looking so sharp in motion. I turned it off for a quick test once and i noticed lg tracking was significantly easier. Needless to say it has remained off since.

It would be great to have the best of both worlds without having to go back to a CRT, but I'm slowly being driven to it. Here's a list of 'blur busting' displays and what I am dissatisfied with.

* Lightboost - poor brightness/colours and additional lag
* Eizo 240hz - faint ghost from unnecessary pre-flash, and even more lag than lightboost
* BenQ Z series motion blur reduction - firmware problems causing mistimed strobe. will check again once they sort it out.
* G-sync ULMB - 2ms strobe length giving worse motion clarity than lightboost 10%. Havent seen any tests (apparently to be done in a future blurbusters article) but I can't imagine it being faster than lightboost.

4ms should not make any difference, but only GPU scaling is available while using lightboost with toastyX strobelight.
It probably has whole frame in buffer (8.3ms@120hz+4ms from lightboost).

I use to get less than 12ms ping on counter-stike 1.6 servers. They hosted them at a university near where I lived I had 4-6ms of ping.
