A. Make sure m_yaw and m_pitch are the same number. They are by default, 0.022

B. Use a ruler, taking either your 90 degree turn, or 180 degree turn cm and compare it to the pitch by looking all the way down and then moving the mouse carefully upwards (assuming you don't use invert mouse) and looking all the way down and moving it carefully downwards.

Most likely the distances will match within margin of error.

Does your mouse have correction?

i would suggest, to try out a different(alot higher) m_pitch value in QL anyways. so that you easily can aim at the same spot while you jump.

It's just easier to move your hand side to side than far and near, even more-so the taller your desk is. This is why I use higher pitch factor than yaw.
