To compare;
-- The 27" panels (XL2720T LightBoost and XL2720Z BENQ) have more strobe crosstalk than the 24" 1ms panels (XL2420TE, XL2411Z, XL2420Z)
-- BENQ Blur Reduction has much better colors than LightBoost (color tinting, low contrast)
-- BENQ Blur Reduction works at more refresh rates (60Hz through 144Hz in 1Hz increments) than LightBoost (100Hz, 120Hz)
-- LightBoost persistence (1.4ms at 10%, through 2.4ms at 100%) is not nearly as adjustable as BENQ Blur Reduction (0.5ms thru 5.0ms)
When taking photographs of either LightBoost and BENQ Blur Reduction, keep in mind that shutter timings can cause some black bands to show up. This is due to timing of shutter relative to timing of the strobe backlight flash.
Also, do not use AMA settings when enabling BENQ Blur Reduction; as AMA makes strobe crosstalk worse.
Toggle BENQ Blur Reduction off then on again. This renitializes the BENQ Blur Reduction for its custom specific AMA settings.
