Well steeper accel curve is not correct as I want to gain tiny accel for slower aiming. For example when the opponent is doing fwd rocket jumping.

Experiment with increasing power and lowering accel. This will give you more accel at higher speeds.

If you really want to use that low of an sens for tracing, but still want to be able to do 180's quickly. You could try to do what I did before in a try to get the best of both worlds.

1) First of all, take away your cl_MouseAccel for now.

2) Find a sens that feels comfortable for doing a quick 180 for you and doesn't take you to far. (Don't think about tracing here, just what feels good for your movement) This one should be higher then you are normally used to as sensitivity. Use your findings as cl_MouseSensCap

2) Find a sens that you feel is good for your tracking. (.75 for example ;)) Use that as your sensitivity.

3) Now you you find a MouseAccel that feels good for your flicking motions and takes you up to your SensCap. This could be quite high if you want to since you have the SensCap that caps your sensitivity at what you want for doing a 180.

4) Find a cl_MouseAccelOffset that feels good. 5 is quite common and nice. Thi is so that the (high) MouseAccel doesn't interfere with your low tracking sensitivity.

Its a quite complicated setup, but it makes your lg tracking feel good with a low sensitivity without using the accel until you need it (for your flicking and 180's).
And still makes the accel controllable since you can't go over your SensCap.


It's quite nice if you want both a low sens for lg tracking and higher sens for movement.
