theoretically you could but we're not going to find you a server with fair ping when facing Europeans so if you want to go up with 100+ ping its up to you.

If u have ping ,about 120-130 - thats totally fine , its feels same as QL on 70-80 ping ,i don't have problems playing on servers with 150 ping,just rocket feels bit delayed and weird.

The scene delay (laggy firing, pickups, knockback etc) kicks in after 80ms so generally you want to treat it as <ping> - 80ms.

So for aiming with 130ms ping, treat it like around 50ms. There's only so much we can do though so you'll still get laggy knockback etc but it's playable, if not ideal.

i think we should just use 22 this map havent been played enough yet and needs more attention, guess Smilecythe would be happy about tttthtat :)

you cant seriously count bdm3 as a map to learn, same goes for dp4 thats been there forever, so you actually have 5 unless you already know breiz so you have 4 and 2 weeks to learn them, I really think that you should be fine considering that the two added maps are comparable in size with aerowalk that I bet you can learn them both in one day and than practice, that leaves you with bde1/dm13 which arent huge either...

Due to higher than expected amount of participants we're going to change the rules. Round 1/2 games of winners bracket are going to be BO1. Round 3/4/semis of winners bracket are BO3, Final is BO5. All games of losers bracket are going to be BO1 except for losers semis that is going to be BO3.

BO5: PICK than looser chooses as you can't drop maps with 5 available.

We're most likely going to limit the number of participants to whatever we're going to have until Tuesday as we cant really make time predictions accurately with changing variables :) therefore you would not be able to sign up for the tournament past 17.02

We will also make the final seeding and lock everything in place around Wednesday.

After making time predictions based on the number of participants and amount of matches we're going to have we decided to move the starting hour to 16:00 (we're looking at possible final at 22:00 already).

I'll post timetable sometime during this week so you can get an idea of when you're going to play your matches but plz be aware that times specified there are for illustration only therefore plz do not plan that you'll play your match at 18:50 because the timetable specify it at that hour :) its just to give you an rough idea, please be available for the whole tournament duration.

I only watched the stream for a short while because the map was an aerowalk remake. I get it's not a legacy map per se, but come on.

Link? I didn't see anything resembling aerowalk, maybe I missed it.

That's surprising, since Aerowalk wasn't in the map pool and wasn't even on the competition servers.

As I said on that post, that map is clearly an aerowalk remake. You should read the posts before attacking them.

It's obvious all the rooms on that reflex map are heavily based on aerowalk, just like in previous games all remakes have made some modifications to it (Q3's, QL's, etc. versions are a bit different than QW's). This reflex map cannot be considered to be a 100% new creation: it's a remake, no matter that the map name is different.

Q3's version is not called aerowalk and some slight changes were made, but we all know it is aerowalk. Same happens here with reflex, but no reflex people say "but dah it doesn't say 22 on the title so it's not the same, you hater".

Denying that it is is just like denying reflex is a cpm copycat. Your post on the matter denying that it is an aerowalk remake and also the fact of using this remake in official competitions go to show precisely that reflex in the end is a remake, no matter how much your 10 supporters deny so.

I get it that you might have a different view on this matter I just dont get it why do you want to enforce it on others. A quick glance at your comments indicate you have some kind of problem with this game and you seem to have your judgement of things which is a good thing to have but what you have to understand is that there might be other people who will not share your point of view and that its completely fine for both of you.
