1. Mini choco weetabix is my shit. Like a woman, they're best wet. I like them real soggy. Nestle's lions are my second choice. Nesquik looks like rabbit shit, but they're okay too. Other than that, I like cheap chocolate ones you get at hotel's. I am a Kellog's hater guy, never really liked anything by them.
seriously? OATS??? they literally have to be one of the cheapest foods...at least in comparison with prepared/processed foods like a box of cereal. or am i wrong?
just found Quaker brand Old Fashioned oats on Amazon: 72 servings for 16 USD (0.22 cents per serving) and that's even name-brand. i'd guess you could find it in bulk / by the kg for even cheaper! get on that health food bandwagon!
Cereals are bad for your health. Its bird food, not human. It started being used cause as cities grow bigger, there wasnt enough real food for everyone, solution? Lets plant bird food and eat it. Bad bad idea. We are all celiacs, most dont give clear symptoms so you keep eating them and they keep silently wrecking havock in your system, till it stops being silent and you get some illness which your doctor will never associate with cereals (unless youre a fully obvious celiac) and give you some pills to try hiding those symtpoms.
Real food for humans is basically fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs and nuts.
