My guess is nothing big is happening.

There are currently DNS/server issues with the website/forums.

The site being displayed is a very old one (pre-Kickstarter).

Edit: DNS issues are resolved, forums and site are back to normal. Please undo any changes you did to your hosts file in regards to reflexfps.net.
