I tip my imaginary hat to Valve. I have been to most European cities and the way they captured the autumn-like flair of East Euope is just amazing. A nice change of pace in FPS.

These look like they were taken at some incredible resolution, over 1600x1200. Would be interesting to see how this compares to d3 graphics in actual gameplay. Amazing screens tho..

Better than seeing half the game before it's released, as was the case with Doom 3 if you watched even a handful of the videos id showed for it. I'd much rather play the game knowing as little as possible about it beforehand.

Don't write "official". Made me think this was THE main trailer for the game. Instead it's only the second E3 2004 Trailer released.

I really like the authentic look of hl2, but we will see how it feels and plays like... Sure we could see the same or even better in d3, but people will have to put some effort in it (textures).

I'm gonna enjoy this game so much more than that shite called Doom³.

half life was tha father of the modern day FPS game, its the bar to all games are still measured, few have even come close, but this, THIS looks like it might just be a sequel worthy of the original, lets hope its a terminator2 to the original terminator and not a jurassic park 2 to the original jurassic park :D

imo there havent been a good fps game since q3 was released, new games only get better graphics, but more sucky gameplay then ever, now pointing at the new unreal games, wich is total shit.
