imo the lost fleet doesnt fit in the game very well, there no quake-feeling in it somehow :(

Why don't your think there is quake feeling in the map? Is it because it's so dark?

i dont know exactly why i dislike this map. maybe because its so "clean". it looks like in a hospital or something :p

i like bloodwork a lot. it reminds me so much of q2. and like someone else said in another thread: the more q2 the better! :)

I think Sandstorm has potential. But someone needs to remove Haste ASAP.
Lost fleet is great also, but has only 1 armor. You only need to drop down from it, pick up RL, go to the tele and ZOOM, youre back up at YA.
Phrantic seem great, nice layout and item placement, but i havent played it vs anyone yet. Will be interesting to see what new maps people come up with in the near future.

The only map worth playing atm is phrantic.

Several of you are talking about sandstorm. I thought that was only a dm/tdm map, correct me if I'm wrong. :)

I've only played FFA on that map once. But if you set the server to tourney Sandstorm isn't an option.

and q3dm13 isnt an option if you start a q3 tourney server

it has powerups on it if you play it in DM mode though ? ;(

phrantic is by far the best map, played it whole night yesterday and the only thing thats not "perfect" is the spawnpoints and that you can get stuck in some places. Also remove the stairs and add regular "ramps".

Lost Fleet have a great layout, this is the only map that were in q4 that I can accually see playing on big tournament with some item change.

Well I dont need to say anything more. The rest of the maps just sucks in 1v1.
Fragging yard is great for 2v2 tho, also sandstorm is pretty nice for 4v4. But need a quad instead for a haste :)

Actually i dont mind the stairs in Phrantic as they have broad smooth edges which u can use as ramps. Just wish every stair had them edges......

I have not played pro doctors and from first viewing think its crap, but a few pople say its decent, so I'm gonna take a closer look. I'm still trying to learn the lost fllet, it keeps doubling over it's self and I find it confusing as it all looks the same to me.

Not sure anything else is worhy.

i do think the fragging yard (not the 1on1 one) would be the best out of the box h2h map . But its abit too railish , not like the 1v1 one tho .
