What can I say. Evern though the tricks was nice, its just nothing compared to quakeworld.. :/ But a decent movie and nice q3 work. Though I do think you guys picked the wrong game.

Since you stated in a previous poll that you started gaming with Q2 I suppose that you havn't put that much time in playing QW. So why don't you shut the fuck up? =P

It does actually. Sure, there's no PG or OB's, but there's ramp jumping, air control, the KTeam jump (which acts like a HOB) and grenades that are more interactic with their environment (for example grens in QW are affected by jumppads, like Q4 but unlike Q3). There just hasn't been a presentation of it that's popular and shows it in it's modern, diverse form outside of the QW scene. The only tricks that non-QW'ers seem to remember are the very basic ones from old (and some new) frag movies/the past.

The most interesting is by far the cpm21 tricks :)

The soundtrack isn't as bad as Mercurial but it's up there. Brainless DONK DONK DONK music gets extremely annoying so quickly, and since there are no in-game sounds the audio just gets muted.

Oh ye... And another case of uninspired credits consisting of plain boring white text on black background. Take a look at the outro in http://www.esreality.com/?a=post&id=989522 for the best example of originality so far.

Effects are only cool for so long. The effort should be put into the content of the movie not editing of credits and synchronizing cool music that only a select few will appreciate anyway.

Perhaps. Personally I would prefer if authors just wrote the credits and shoutouts in readme.txt, instead of wasting 1-2min.

But IF they choose to include credits at the end of the movie, the very least they can do is make a small effort and not just boring white txt, black background.

fantastic tricks. great work.

Ffdshow surely noticed anomalies. In fact it couldn't stand them and commited a suicide bombing after a few minutes, taking the media player with him.
I'll download it again later, meanwhile I won't rate it stupidly low because I had trouble playing it back =)
