viaIImaximus: Hello! Would you be so kind to introduce your team to us (who the players are, what their/your experience is in Quake and the HoQ league)?
Le1hal: Hello there, my team is b52 and it has 2 members, me and 'hiri', it became in QL around 3 years ago as MD team... now it has 6 players, me, hiri, troolz, prestij, evt and cherepoff ofc. Me, hiri and cherep are old Q3 players. I played since '99, 1st release of Q3 :D troolz, evt - they are new school i guess :D And now we start to play our 3rd HoQ with this lineup.

viaIImaximus: Did you prepare for the HoQ TDM Spring 2016 season? Did you practice?
Le1hal: Yeah, im always online... played many tdm pickups and we played few 2x2 and 4x4 tdm cups in this winter as b52 team. ofc pracs vs other guys in HoQ.

viaIImaximus: What do you think of the map pool?
Le1hal: I can tell u only 1 thing, ospdm6,sopdm6,ospdm6 :D But! We gonna play other maps ;D Map pool is strong as always. We will try our best on all maps!

viaIImaximus: Your first opponent is Burrito. What do you think of them? Who do you think has a better chance of winning?
Le1hal: as a cap, sometimes i try to analized enemy game... cant tell u something abt this team, but persons looks good.

viaIImaximus: Now that the groups have been released, who do you think the favorite is in your division?
Le1hal: looks like 3-4 team got very strong lineups in this season. we will try our best quake to get it and as alwayl, i like last pick by dozer :D

viaIImaximus: What are your team's ambitions for this tournament?
Le1hal: I am a realist :D 1st place wwould be great. 'OF' team from 1st devision... will be tense games :D

Le1hal: I'm so excited, and i just can't hide it (c)

viaIImaximus: Hello! Would you be so kind to introduce your team to us (who the players are, what their/your experience is in Quake and the HoQ league)?
nyshak: Hi. last pick was founded in April 2015. Founding members have been: dozer, deith, fresarn, stickan and me. Lately we've picked up bab and G4rlock too. G4r is our last pick so to speak ;). Experience varies between members. I play this game since beta release (dm7!), G4rlock is pretty new to it I guess. So far we've done 2 seasons of HoQ in Div 2, finishing second each time. 3 times the charm.

viaIImaximus: Did you prepare for the HoQ TDM Spring 2016 season? Did you practice?
nyshak: Yeah kinda. Unfortunately it's pretty hard to find another team to practice with in between seasons. So in that time it's mostly pickups. I wish more people would realize how much fun it is to play with your own team and have some form of coordination during the game. We've started practicing again now for 3 weeks or so and will continue to do so until the end of the season. As long as we find. opps to play with. Mostly sundays.

viaIImaximus: What do you think of the map pool?
nyshak: It's fine. Except Hidden Fortress. That map just suffers alot from MG being to strong. Basically, Hidden is a nobrain/all aim map. 3, 2, 1 Go: Hold down Mouse1 for 20min and don't let go. It's shit :). I wish there were more maps that required a bit more strategy. But hey, that's just me I guess. Other than that I think the pool is fine. We need more new maps too, but the community is pretty slow/unwilling to try out new stuff at all. Shame really.

viaIImaximus: Your first opponent is Hateful Eight. What do you think of them? Who do you think has a better chance of winning?
nyshak: Depends on their lineup. They can shoot some green robots if they have to I guess. We don't really care though, we like to focus on our game and do our best and have fun to boot. We'll check the score when the buzzer hits ;)

viaIImaximus: Now that the groups have been released, who do you think the favorite is in your division?
nyshak: b52, WDSR*, of and us I believe. So no clear favorite, sry :D

viaIImaximus: What are your team's ambitions for this tournament?
nyshak: We play for fun. Winning is fun. It's that simple. We will try to win all our games obviously. Might even work out. We'll see :)

viaIImaximus: Anything else that you would like to add i.e. shoutouts?
nyshak: Shoutout to da boys and diva-deith, all the HoQ admins - you are doing a great jop for an almost dead game, thank you!, everyone who donated some price money, my mum, your mum and Bud Spencer!

viaIImaximus: Hello! Would you be so kind to introduce your team to us (who the players are, what their/your experience is in Quake and the HoQ league)?
R1EPA: Hey man :) Our team consists of 6 players GaRpY, Sothis, Ant3stor, waro, nite and myself. Well besides Ant3stor we are all old quakers or old fps-players as I heard that GaRpY is some kind of fucking HL legend :) About Ant3stor I have to say that he is maybe one of the most talented players out there. QL is like his first fps-shooter and he reached a very high level of play in about ~5 years if I remember correctly (don`t be mad at me bruh if this wasn`t 100% accurate :P) So regarding our experiences in the HoQ league everybody of us has played at least 1 season already and we all really appreciated and enjoyed it.

viaIImaximus: Did you prepare for the HoQ TDM Spring 2016 season? Did you practice?
R1EPA: Same as last season: Not at all unfortunately :/ For us it`s very difficult to find together too often and if this happens it`s still very difficult to find any pcw`s nowadays, but this season there seem to be registered quite a lot of teams, so maybe it`s easier to find opponents now. We will find out in the near future. Everybody knows his part though so no team should feel too confident when playing against us after reading about our lack of practice.

viaIImaximus: What do you think of the map pool?
R1EPA: Sec let me look it up first :P Ye it`s dope no complaints at all.

viaIImaximus: Your first opponent is excel. What do you think of them? Who do you think has a better chance of winning?
R1EPA: Well I have never played against them yet as team versus team as far as I remember, but I saw some of them playing in #tdmpickup already and they seem to have pretty solid players who play the game for a longer time as well. I don`t know about their actual activity too well though. We will be the favourite in this matchup and I hope that we will confirm this when it counts.

viaIImaximus: Now that the groups have been released, who do you think the favorite is in your division?
R1EPA: There are actually a lot of strong teams in our division, especially those we already played against last season, but in the end I`m quite confident in saying that whoever wants to top the group has first to win against us #realrap

viaIImaximus: What are your team's ambitions for this tournament?
R1EPA: We will all try our very best to get top of the group, otherwise we would not even compete in it, but as I already mentioned it will be very tough.

viaIImaximus: Anything else that you would like to add i.e. shoutouts?
R1EPA: I would like to recommend everybody to play more quake so that we can have some kind of active leagues even in the next years. I would also like to thank my mates for having a good time again and of course I would like to thank God for making this all happen.

viaIImaximus: Hello! Would you be so kind to introduce your team to us (who the players are, what their/your experience is in Quake and the HoQ league)?
lithz: Okay, so the core lineup for excel will be rax, fragma, headz and myself, with a couple of sick British guys as backup - Slu and sl1mer. We all started with a fair few years on Q3A ( a few of us pre-2000 I guess), I know fragma played a bunch of Dreamcast as well as some q3 tdm with rax in eS.

In early QL, fragma played for k1ck-eSports' tdm team and 2K, rax was in the UK nations tdm team, headz was leader of the CTF team DP, I played for evo and slu was in ek. Fragma, rax and I also played together in 2010 or so. I'm not sure Hoq was around when we played.

viaIImaximus: Did you prepare for the HoQ TDM Spring 2016 season? Did you practice?
lithz: Aside from a few 2v2s, a couple 4v4s and a bunch of pickup, not really.

viaIImaximus: What do you think of the map pool?
lithz: Its missing dm6 and dm7! :P Other than that, the map pool seems OK.

viaIImaximus: Your first opponent is Hateful Eight. What do you think of them? Who do you think has a better chance of winning?
lithz: Having not played for a few years actively, I really don't know any of the names besides szefu and haz_mat, I don't know what they're capable of. I think they underestimate us but who knows. :)

viaIImaximus: Now that the groups have been released, who do you think the favorite is in your division?
lithz: From what I remember, onfire were a div 1 team, so either them or last pick. Maybe we'll surprise though.

viaIImaximus: What are your team's ambitions for this tournament?
lithz: To have fun and maybe shake off some rust for next season. We might even win, hard to say. :D

lithz: I'd firstly like to thank xou and doz3r for letting us play this league.

viaIImaximus: Hello! Would you be so kind to introduce your team to us (who the players are, what their/your experience is in Quake and the HoQ league)?
dehumanizer: Hi :)
I've created Hateful Eight clan for previous HoQ TDM season, just to try out higher level of quake than just pickups and we won div3 without loosing a map. Two of our players (tobeee, insejn) left but I decided to stick to that clan name anyway (there was 8 of us in the beggining ;))
Our lineup now is: ticket_man, haz_mat, szefu, cream, XPEHOPE3 and me.
About my clanmates, I don't have much knowledge about how long they play and what is their experience but everyone of us is familiar with tdm. I'm sure cream and szefu are oldschool, XPEHOPE3 probably too but haz_mat was always a mystery for me :) ticket_man is playing since two years or so and he have 1 year of experience in tdm.
About me i started playing QL in 2012 and tdm in 2014.

viaIImaximus: Did you prepare for the HoQ TDM Spring 2016 season? Did you practice?
dehumanizer: Not much but yeah, our last pcw was against team Nerds and it was pretty equal. Most of us playing tdmpickup quite often too.

viaIImaximus: What do you think of the map pool?
dehumanizer: What nyshak said, totally agree.

viaIImaximus: Your first opponent is excel. What do you think of them? Who do you think has a better chance of winning?
dehumanizer: Gonna be interesting, it turned out that they are bunch of british oldschoolers, didn't know about it but i'm pretty new in tdm community so that's understandable. Anyway we will try our best to win.

viaIImaximus: Now that the groups have been released, who do you think the favorite is in your division?
dehumanizer: Im curious how Burrito team will deliver, they have strong lineup but never saw them playing together, but I think b52 and lastpick have best chances to win this division.

viaIImaximus: What are your team's ambitions for this tournament?
dehumanizer: We are here just to have fun and play quake :) Let's be realistic we don't have a chance to win this division but we are not gonna make it easy for others.

viaIImaximus: Anything else that you would like to add i.e. shoutouts?
dehumanizer: RESPECT THE PACO and play more tdm! x)
