Finding the best CSGO gambling sites in 2019 is not that easy. CSGO gambling has had a chequered past to say the least, with many sites being shut down and penalised because of illegal activity.

There is clearly a demand among some Counter-Strike lovers to bet on their favourite game but for the sector to be sustainable long-term, CSGO gambling sites must comply with the laws - primarily for the safety and security of esports fans but also for the sake of themselves.

4 more players for Dreamhack summer 2012 (205 comments)
Posted by blaze @ 12:04 CDT, 20 May 2012 - iMsg
Since sign ups close today we now have the complete list of the players that's going to be invited to the Kingston Quake Live Summer Championship. We're not going to give you the complete list today though, you're going to have to wait until Wednesday for that.

Also we're sad to say that Canada Oaki won't be able to attend. It's simply too costly for him to travel all the way to Sweden to compete in the tournament. Unfortunately I got in contact with him about 20 minutes ago and we haven't been able to select a replacement yet.

Anyway, today we're glad to announce 4 new players Finland Kaide, Netherlands gda, Estonia cnz and Poland av3k. Some really experienced players and some new unproven players is now into the player list which makes for an even more exciting tournament.

Questions? Send a mail to Esport@dreamhack.se

Update: France strenx can't attend to DreamHack either for reasons out of his hands. He will be replaced on Wednesday also.

Just announced yesterday, the Cyberathlete Professional League is willing to organize a "major gaming event in in Shenyang, China this coming September 2012" and is seeking opinions from the community on Facebook about the games they will pick.

The last CPL event was held in United States of America Dallas back in 2007 with CS:S and CS 1.6 tournaments in China Shenyang in August 2011 and only featured a SC2 tournament. The company was then acquired by WoLong Ventures in 2010 (see the old news).

You might have seen this Belgian gamer playing under the "mono" tag. Today it is time to announce it officially: "Dem0n is part of Monomaniac eSports"

"With the growing popularity of MOBA and RTS games primarily Starcraft II and League of Legends, first person shooters haven't been receiving as much attention as they deserve. With that being said we were a bit reluctant to recruit teams from that genre. But we simply received an offer we couldn't turn down..." - Official announce

playQUAKELIVE EU CTF Points Cup #3 (12 comments)
Posted by esdf @ 15:38 CDT, 13 May 2012 - iMsg
With two of the cups behind us, we're approaching a halfway point of the CSN playQUAKELIVE EU Series. We've taken a break this weekend, due to the Mother's Day and all the other uninteresting stuff that's been going on, and we're more then happy to announce that the Points Cup #3 will be kicking off next Sunday, May 20th at the usual time, 08:00 CDT.

To the teams that already competed in our cups, sign yourselves up again to cement your spot for the Grand Finals. To the teams that have not played yet, it's 5 minutes till midnight for you if you plan on competing for some of the cash we want you to take off of our hands.

Even though the last QL update featured an addition of a new map, Camper Crossings, it will not be included in the map pool for the remainder of the qualification cups, but you will be able to vote if you want it in the Grand Finals or not, so stay tuned.

As far as coverage is concerned, nothing new there. If you're in just for the spectating part, make sure your browser is pointed to Level Up TV for some of that United Kingdom zoot (and his Brittish posse) awesomeness.

Oh yeah, make sure you idle in our IRC channel, mIRC #csn.ql, we need some love.
