As you have probably noticed a problem with gaming cafe have arised. The owner had to close down the cafe, meaning that currently we do not have any place to host Prague TDM LAN #2. I've been looking for alternatives, but either those places are closed as well, or the place looks really bad and have small number of computers, which does not meet the criteria for the lan. The District owner said that they already have a new place in Prague, but it needs reconstruction and they will let me know by the end of this week if they will manage to set up the place before our lan.

Here are the options left for us:

1) Cancel the lan and those who already booked flights and hotels I can meet up in Prague and have non-gaming weekend.
2) Wait until the end of the week and see if they will manage to finish the place before the lan.
a) If they do manage to prepare the venue, the lan can take place in the new venue.
b) If they won't manage to prepare the venue, we can go to option #1 or postpone the lan until the venue is opened (but let's discuss that later).

For now I decided to wait until the end of the week, as it seems as the best option for us and letting you guys know right after. Either way, if anyone from the donators wants to have his donation returned, please let me know (in case the lan is canceled, all of them will be returned of course).

I'm sorry that I don't have better news for you and it really saddens me that this kind of problem showed up.

The third movie of the Short Montage series made by Poland AGRESS0R. Premiere was held at QuakeCon 2014. The movie is available for download in 720p 60 FPS and 1080p 60 fps which i recommend!

Content of the movie is more extensive than before. I took care of the quality and smoothness. Most moments are Capture the flag, but other game modes also took into account.

The next video is in preparation. Whoever is willing to show their interesting moments of Quake Live please contact us.

To keep the QuakeWorld momentum going during the summer, a series of duel tournaments have been hosted the last couple of months. We have seen people battle it out on DM2 already where a winner is soon to be crowned and the DM4 campaign just started this week. Next up is a tournament on the popular fast-paced map Aerowalk which will run in parallel with the DM4 tournament. The rules are simple; it's QuakeWorld 1on1 deathmatch and the map is Aerowalk where the winner is decided in a best of three maps series. A double-elimination bracket is used to ensure that the best Aerowalker is indeed crowned king after the gunsmoke has settled.

The registration for the tournament opened up this week with the tournament starting in around four weeks from now. There will be a 32 player limit and we will hopefully see many entertaining matches as notable signups so far include some of the absolute top players in QuakeWorld today; Norway Rikoll, Sweden Locust and Sweden Bps among others.

QuakeCon 2014 takes place at the Hilton Anatole in United States of America Dallas from the 17th to the 20th of July 2014. Three Quakelive tournaments are hosted during the event: Intel® QUAKE LIVE Duel Masters Invitational Championship, PCPartPicker QUAKE LIVE® Capture the Flag Open and Seasonic® QUAKE LIVE® Duel Open.

Welcome to the first update on Prague TDM LAN #2. Z Live is keen to run the stream again this year, but we are looking for people who would be able to volunteer themselves as casters and people who can run the stream along with United Kingdom zoot.

With about 5 weeks before the signup deadline, there is really low number of teams signed up. This way, I would like to ask people, who know that they will attend, to let me know and register their team.
