wish he had signed up, but i guess the prizes arent interesting enough for him, so whatever, we have enough people who are here for the competition. 130 signups for a national league are really impressive

i really like the mappool they came up with btw, having battleforged and hektik in it is great and having a non prem pool (on top of the normal one) for the lower division is a smart move aswell

It's official name is bundesliga and i picked German league to make clear it's language restritcted and not country wise.

why not use "Bundesliga", it's a rather international term from my pov.

Think again about what you wrote. In fact this league is country restricted.
I think it's great that you are guys are organizing this league, but it's wrong to call it "Bundesliga" or "German League" and it isn't a "national duel league" either. A correct name would be "D-A-CH league" or "League of German speaking countries" :)

Terms useable in English too. I decided to use the second term by now, but rather opt for 4) after a good deal of thoughts.

1) Bundesliga (needs some explanation if not known)
2) Bundes League (that should be clear)
3) Federal League (that is self explaining)
4) D-A-CH League -> DACH-League
5) Federal League of German Speaking Countries

4) since that term is a good wordplay due to the following reasons:

4.1) First of all D-A-CH, representing Deutschland (Germany)-Austria (Österreich)-CH-(Switzerland).
4.2) D-A-CH -> DACH -> Dach is the German term for either roof or umbrella organization.
4.3) Since we have here three German speaking countries participating (note: Where is Liechtenstein, I recall that they were allowed to participate aswell?) and they form some kind of united organization similar to an umbrella organization, I´d opt for that.

5) If you want to use an expression such as 5) it´s still unclear since:

Standard German is the only official language in Liechtenstein; it shares official status in Germany (with Danish, Frisian and Sorbian as minority languages), in Austria (with Slovene, Croatian, and Hungarian), Switzerland (with French, Italian and Romansh), Belgium (with Dutch (Flemish) and French) and Luxembourg (with French and Luxembourgish).
