As stated in this thread fnx had a talk with the manager of the Meltdown gaming pub in London and it seems that we've been blessed with a place to watch Quakecon together.

The place is pretty nice (I visited it as well) and it's relatively close to King's Cross station. Since we still don't know the exact tournament schedule it is hard to arrange a time to meet up. The pub opens at 5 and knowing NA's timezone I'd assume the games will be already rolling at 5 BST. So the earlier, the better.

Keep in mind that if we manage to gather a decent amount of people we could draw the attention of the pub to the arena shooter scene, and therefore hopefully getting a venue for some other events.
