Finding the best CSGO gambling sites in 2019 is not that easy. CSGO gambling has had a chequered past to say the least, with many sites being shut down and penalised because of illegal activity.

There is clearly a demand among some Counter-Strike lovers to bet on their favourite game but for the sector to be sustainable long-term, CSGO gambling sites must comply with the laws - primarily for the safety and security of esports fans but also for the sake of themselves.

If you're following the Quakelive page on facebook, you probably already know there was an update planned for tonight. After the downtime we can see: 3 maps were added (including the famous q3amphi), a number of issues were fixed with Chrome, some vertexdate sizzle was fixed on several maps and the site also had a couple fix.

ischju presents "Purgatory" TDM guide (93 comments)
Posted by Trance @ 15:04 CDT, 25 October 2011 - iMsg
Level Up TV's Germany Kevin "ischju" Mischker, in collaboration with fragster.de, has produced a second TDM video guide on the map "Purgatory" from his POV against Team France in an online practice.

The video guide aims to provide some insight on how the map purgatory can be played. While solely casted from ischju's pov, during the game we discuss positioning, map control and generally asses the team's decision making.

Below you have mirrors for the new "Purgatory" TDM guide as well as the "deep inside" TDM guide in case you haven't watched it yet. Thanks to Maverick for hosting as well.

House of Quake TDM Post-season interview (18 comments)
Posted by retire @ 13:02 CDT, 25 October 2011 - iMsg
After reading the HoQ seasons end news, I decided that it would be nice for people to read interviews from the head admin and two of my favourite players from the league, so here goes!
United Kingdom williebobc: I'm thinking of making a premier league in TDM

Sweden kANiN: Any vod with our beloved Disrepute&vor-team could be helpful, as they do seem to know what they're talking about from time to time. Yes, even vor. But at the end of the day it's all about putting the time in, you won't improve without playing.

Finland gerppa: Everyone seems to have different views of my playstyle, one says I'm really defensive player, the other goes for offensive. I see myself more as a all-round support player and playing adapting to enemies playstyle rather than keeping my own “style” versus everyone.

Again big cuddly thanks to the guys for taking the time to do the interview.

Slipgate Report #8 - Rikoll and nitram (7 comments)
Posted by !phil @ 08:45 CDT, 25 October 2011 - iMsg
This week (or this month) on Slipgate Report #8 United States of America QuakePhil and Denmark ParadokS welcome guests Sweden nitram and Norway Rikoll to talk about their recent duelmania encounter, their experiences so far and what's to come.

Rikoll is the current heir apparent to the supreme 1on1 crown in the QW scene, after Milton. Nuff said.

Nitram aka Valla aka Ningizzia aka the man of many names, he's one of the oldest breed of oldschool QWers, and has been playing since 1997. He's best known for his 4on4 achievements with many clans, including the elite clan fragomatic which has recently made a comeback. But he's made damage in 1on1 tournaments through-out the years also.

We talk about duelmania mostly, and about the various aspects of duel gameplay. We even mention ignition, a tournament geared towards newer players in quake.

Ignition rookie tournament (45 comments)
Posted by Åke Vader @ 14:07 CDT, 23 October 2011 - iMsg
It's time for another edition of the famous Ignition rookie tournament in QuakeWorld. The goal of the Ignition tournament is to introduce new players to this game under fun and fair, yet competitive conditions.

The tournament format is 1on1 deathmatch in a double-elimination bracket playoff and the matches will be played on the maps Aerowalk, ZTNDM3, VDM3V3, Hate and Skull in best of three maps series. The tournament will last between 7th November and 20th December 2011 with matches scheduled in specific weeks - you agree with your opponent on when to play - rather than on a set date to allow for flexibility for players.

You can get started with QuakeWorld today by downloading nQuake which is a quick-starter pack that includes everything you need to play QuakeWorld and participate in this tournament. The nQuake pack is based off of the Quake shareware version and thus only includes the maps from the first episode and custom maps. If one wants to play the classic DM maps, then the pak1.pak that can be found on your original Quake CD is required.

We hope that the tournament will see many rookies signed up and we encourage current established players, both from QuakeWorld and other games, to tell their rookie friends to sign up for this frag fest! (bear in mind that we have a strict rookies-only policy though)

Head on over to the registration page!
