for me every update is something new, good and promising instead of random crap.

I'm excited for all the new stuff on some level

Reflex - looks pretty, air control can be fun, looks fast

Reborn - looks like it will have something for everyone, 2GDs contacts might help the games popularity

Nex - weapons look super fun, will have proper matchmaking

Telos - tons of new interesting stuff, probably the most unique and different new game

Rekt - no idea but its an arena fps and its supposed to be in the later stages of development (unlike pretty much all the others)

Freefall - I like sliding in tribes, I think I will like it more in an arena fps

UT4 - should have lots of players, fun guns

Doom 4 - made by a big company, id are probably doing everything to not make the mistake they made with doom 3 so maybe that will be good for this game

QL2.0 - its quake

New fast paced shooters = happiness

every of these games could die one month after release. ;d

only one will be a bit more popular.

QL2.0. - imo it will never happen ;p especially if Doom will be shit.

but. I just know that im gonna love reflex engine.

Thats the problem if there is no marketing.

you forgot about little more things that could happen:
- no money
- release of unfinished game
- not fun to play at all

Nex is Unity engine and im really afraid about it.
Reflex looks solid for me.

also UT can waste their biggest chance.

they need kickstarter / steam greenlight badly.

nothing really wrong but developers seems to be very lazy with this engine. usually unity+early access+gief money = shit
